一(yi)(yi)直以來,群(qun)監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)員(yuan)的(de)(de)活兒都(dou)是“出夠勤、交夠表,月(yue)底(di)津貼少不(bu)了。”除了每月(yue)組織的(de)(de)集中(zhong)查崗(gang)和主題安(an)(an)全(quan)活動(dong)(dong),整個群(qun)監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)隊(dui)伍像“羞答(da)答(da)的(de)(de)玫瑰,靜悄悄地開”,工作(zuo)上缺乏主動(dong)(dong)性,甚至有(you)的(de)(de)員(yuan)工不(bu)知道(dao)誰是本班(ban)組的(de)(de)群(qun)監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)員(yuan),作(zuo)用發揮(hui)上出現(xian)了形(xing)式化、邊緣(yuan)化趨勢。針對(dui)這一(yi)(yi)現(xian)狀,肥礦(kuang)集團(tuan)公司工會在(zai)深入基(ji)層班(ban)組進(jin)行(xing)認真調研的(de)(de)基(ji)礎上,對(dui)群(qun)監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)員(yuan)誠(cheng)信(xin)履職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)規(gui)定進(jin)行(xing)了補充(chong)完善(shan),組織開展(zhan)了“群(qun)監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)員(yuan)誠(cheng)信(xin)履職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)競賽”活動(dong)(dong),要求每個群(qun)監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)員(yuan)都(dou)要亮(liang)身份、亮(liang)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)責、亮(liang)業績,并(bing)首先(xian)在(zai)白莊(zhuang)煤礦(kuang)進(jin)行(xing)了試點(dian)。一(yi)(yi)個月(yue)下(xia)來,當全(quan)礦(kuang)群(qun)監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)履職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)情況分別在(zai)區隊(dui)和井口以排行(xing)榜的(de)(de)形(xing)式進(jin)行(xing)了量化公示后,全(quan)礦(kuang)的(de)(de)群(qun)監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)員(yuan)一(yi)(yi)下(xia)子成為了議論的(de)(de)焦點(dian),每個群(qun)監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)員(yuan)都(dou)在(zai)重(zhong)新(xin)審視(shi)自己(ji)的(de)(de)崗(gang)位(wei)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)責,思考著下(xia)一(yi)(yi)步(bu)安(an)(an)全(quan)帽上“群(qun)監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)”兩字(zi)應當怎(zen)么干(gan),群(qun)監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)工作(zuo)一(yi)(yi)下(xia)子主動(dong)(dong)起(qi)來。
點帶面,群監(jian)工作摽著(zhu)干、曬(shai)著(zhu)看
在礦(kuang)區(qu)各級工(gong)會積極推動(dong)下(xia)(xia),其(qi)他各礦(kuang)迅速響應,全(quan)(quan)部行文(wen)下(xia)(xia)發了(le)(le)《群監員(yuan)誠信(xin)(xin)履(lv)職競賽(sai)活動(dong)補充規定》,礦(kuang)區(qu)的群監工(gong)作都通過“月(yue)度排(pai)行榜”的形式曬到(dao)了(le)(le)區(qu)隊公開欄、曬到(dao)井口大屏上(shang),工(gong)作內(nei)容也從以往的查隱患,拓展到(dao)與本班(ban)組的月(yue)度違章率(lv)、生產計劃完成情況、合理化建議等指標(biao)掛鉤,每項工(gong)作都能(neng)用(yong)數字表示(shi),按業績考核。同時還把群監分(fen)會主任、井口信(xin)(xin)息站工(gong)作也一并納入管(guan)理,使基層群監組織形成了(le)(le)動(dong)態閉(bi)合管(guan)理,職責(ze)更加具體明確、公開透明。每天(tian)上(shang)崗前,排(pai)行榜都會提醒群監員(yuan)的職責(ze)和差距。現在想看看誰是礦(kuang)年度群眾安全(quan)(quan)明星,動(dong)動(dong)鼠(shu)標(biao)就會自(zi)動(dong)生成,杜絕了(le)(le)以往年終評比(bi)看面子、講人情的弊端。
排(pai)行(xing)榜,讓礦區群監隊伍跑起(qi)來
