為(wei)進一(yi)步(bu)提升廣大(da)干(gan)(gan)部職工綜合素質,棗礦集團岱莊煤礦工會以“崗上(shang)狀(zhuang)元映岱紅”師帶徒(tu)活動為(wei)抓手,充分發揮“比武狀(zhuang)元”在礦井(jing)技(ji)(ji)藝傳承方面的(de)示范引(yin)領和(he)骨(gu)干(gan)(gan)帶頭(tou)作用,營(ying)造了“比素質、賽技(ji)(ji)能、促發展”的(de)濃厚(hou)氛圍(wei)。
為進(jin)一(yi)(yi)(yi)步將此項工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作落(luo)到實(shi)處,該礦工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)積極督導基層車(che)間工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)“崗上狀元映(ying)岱紅(hong)”師(shi)帶徒的形式,為基層職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)搭建了(le)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)學習(xi)鉆研(yan)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)、科技(ji)創新攻關、分享工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作心得的狀元大講(jiang)堂,成(cheng)為該礦工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)服(fu)務(wu)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)綜合(he)素質提升的一(yi)(yi)(yi)項創新舉措。講(jiang)堂由各單(dan)位“比(bi)(bi)武狀元”授課(ke)(ke)(ke),聚合(he)了(le)全礦采(cai)、掘、機、運、通(tong)(tong)等專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)的技(ji)術(shu)(shu)“比(bi)(bi)武狀元”, 吸引了(le)一(yi)(yi)(yi)批擁有豐富實(shi)踐經驗的業(ye)(ye)務(wu)骨干現(xian)場(chang)授課(ke)(ke)(ke)。講(jiang)課(ke)(ke)(ke)內容根據職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)需求,嚴格(ge)按照(zhao)“干什么學什么,缺什么補什么”的原(yuan)則靈(ling)活確定,“菜單(dan)式”調整,“一(yi)(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)(yi)”或者“一(yi)(yi)(yi)對多”機動(dong)授課(ke)(ke)(ke)。同(tong)時,該礦還(huan)采(cai)取“比(bi)(bi)武狀元”或者“業(ye)(ye)務(wu)骨干”與職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)QQ群(qun)、微信群(qun)互動(dong)的形式,解疑釋惑、互通(tong)(tong)有無,進(jin)一(yi)(yi)(yi)步激發該礦職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)參(can)與“學、練、提”的熱(re)情,逐步形成(cheng)講(jiang)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)、鉆技(ji)術(shu)(shu)、用技(ji)術(shu)(shu)的良好氛(fen)圍。
