龍鳳熱電公司三貼近助力和諧廠區建設

連日來,龍礦集(ji)團龍鳳(feng)熱電公司注(zhu)重三貼近(jin),深(shen)入開展尊嚴文化創塑、和(he)諧(xie)廠區建設(she),為企(qi)業健康發展保駕護航。

堅(jian)持貼近實際,該公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)注重(zhong)維護(hu)改革發(fa)展(zhan)過程(cheng)中員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)參(can)政(zheng)議政(zheng)權(quan)利,加大(da)了(le)(le)廠務公(gong)(gong)(gong)開工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作力度,健(jian)全(quan)了(le)(le)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)、車間、班組三級廠務公(gong)(gong)(gong)開網絡。特別是在黨總支會(hui)議研(yan)究重(zhong)大(da)決策時,吸納了(le)(le)3名員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)代表參(can)與公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)決策,有效(xiao)維護(hu)了(le)(le)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)參(can)與權(quan)、知情權(quan)、表達權(quan)、監(jian)督(du)權(quan)。以構建公(gong)(gong)(gong)平公(gong)(gong)(gong)正的工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作環境(jing)為切入(ru)點(dian),對工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)分配、重(zhong)大(da)決策、獎懲明(ming)細、干部履新(xin)等員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)關(guan)注的熱點(dian)信息及(ji)時進行了(le)(le)公(gong)(gong)(gong)開。針對工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)分配問題(ti),深(shen)入(ru)基層(ceng)(ceng)進行了(le)(le)專項(xiang)調研(yan),消(xiao)除了(le)(le)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)猜疑。加強(qiang)了(le)(le)考(kao)勤管理(li),班子成員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、中層(ceng)(ceng)干部一視(shi)同仁,嚴(yan)格電(dian)子考(kao)勤,維護(hu)了(le)(le)正常(chang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作秩序(xu)。在司(si)磅員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)輪崗、車輛(liang)改革等競(jing)聘競(jing)標過程(cheng)中,均(jun)按照公(gong)(gong)(gong)平公(gong)(gong)(gong)正公(gong)(gong)(gong)開的原則擇優錄用(yong),得到了(le)(le)廣(guang)大(da)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的好評。

堅持貼(tie)近(jin)基(ji)(ji)層,注重(zhong)暢(chang)通干部員(yuan)工溝通渠道,在(zai)隱蔽位置增設了(le)員(yuan)工意(yi)見(jian)建議征(zheng)集(ji)(ji)箱,并(bing)在(zai)“一查三(san)再”活動(dong)過程中,積極開展了(le)合理化意(yi)見(jian)建議征(zheng)集(ji)(ji)活動(dong),共征(zheng)集(ji)(ji)安全生產(chan)、經營管(guan)(guan)理等(deng)7個方面意(yi)見(jian)建議56條(tiao)。對于征(zheng)集(ji)(ji)到(dao)的意(yi)見(jian)建議,公司高度重(zhong)視(shi),明確責(ze)任及(ji)整改時限,每周早會現場逐條(tiao)征(zheng)詢落實(shi)情(qing)況,并(bing)及(ji)時進(jin)行了(le)公示。以“機關干部三(san)下(xia)基(ji)(ji)層活動(dong)”為載體,要求(qiu)黨員(yuan)管(guan)(guan)理干部帶(dai)著(zhu)上級政策、帶(dai)著(zhu)優質服務、帶(dai)著(zhu)問題課題,每周深(shen)入基(ji)(ji)層解(jie)難(nan)題、辦實(shi)事(shi),共為基(ji)(ji)層解(jie)決安全生產(chan)、員(yuan)工訴求(qiu)等(deng)實(shi)際問題21個,如巡檢線路(lu)增設照明設備、線路(lu)樹木砍伐等(deng)實(shi)際問題。

堅持(chi)貼近生(sheng)活,注重幫扶救助(zhu)關心愛護,進(jin)行了(le)(le)(le)(le)對外(wai)開發(fa)家(jia)庭情況摸底,促進(jin)精準(zhun)幫扶。本月,該公司了(le)(le)(le)(le)解到2名員工親屬住(zhu)院,及時進(jin)行了(le)(le)(le)(le)走訪(fang)慰問(wen),讓員工感受到大家(jia)庭的溫暖。為進(jin)一步改善員工生(sheng)活環境,本月根(gen)據員工意見建議,公司集中整(zheng)治(zhi)了(le)(le)(le)(le)“兩堂(tang)一舍(she)”,解決了(le)(le)(le)(le)宿舍(she)安(an)全隱患及管路漏(lou)水等(deng)實際問(wen)題35項,增(zeng)設了(le)(le)(le)(le)2臺(tai)洗衣(yi)機,提升(sheng)了(le)(le)(le)(le)員工生(sheng)活水平,有效拉(la)近了(le)(le)(le)(le)干群關系。在食堂(tang)等(deng)地增(zeng)加了(le)(le)(le)(le)電視機等(deng)娛樂設施,合(he)理搭配了(le)(le)(le)(le)員工飯(fan)菜和(he)就餐環境,營造了(le)(le)(le)(le)良好的和(he)諧發(fa)展(zhan)氛(fen)圍。
