肥礦集團扎實推進“脫貧解困當先鋒 度危求生立新功”百日競賽活動

肥礦集團各級工(gong)團組(zu)織突出重點,精心組(zu)織,狠(hen)抓落實,嚴格考核,扎實推進“脫貧(pin)解(jie)困(kun)當(dang)先鋒 度危(wei)求生立(li)新功”百日(ri)競賽活動(dong)深入(ru)開(kai)展。

督(du)促指導(dao)抓落(luo)實。集團(tuan)公(gong)司(si)工(gong)會(團(tuan)委(wei))采取電話調度(du)、深入基層調研等形式,重點對(dui)基層單位擴大活(huo)(huo)動(dong)覆蓋面、提高(gao)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)實效性等方面進行督(du)導(dao),對(dui)發現的問題(ti)及(ji)時研究、及(ji)時督(du)促整改(gai)。為階段性總結(jie)(jie)競(jing)賽活(huo)(huo)動(dong)進展情況,查找工(gong)作中存在的問題(ti)及(ji)不(bu)足,集團(tuan)公(gong)司(si)工(gong)會(團(tuan)委(wei))專門組織召開(kai)了(le)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)推(tui)進會,在總結(jie)(jie)工(gong)作基礎上(shang),就競(jing)賽活(huo)(huo)動(dong)如(ru)何深入推(tui)進進行了(le)安排部(bu)署,明(ming)確時間節點,落(luo)實主體責任(ren),各項工(gong)作實現了(le)高(gao)效落(luo)實、閉環管理。

突(tu)出安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)抓教育(yu)。突(tu)出強(qiang)化員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)意識(shi)(shi),開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)了(le)(le)“反違(wei)章、論(lun)危(wei)害(hai)”大討論(lun)、安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)事故案(an)(an)例(li)牌(pai)板(ban)展(zhan)(zhan)、安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)演講(jiang)、“四個(ge)看待”安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)警示教育(yu)、邀請(qing)有關(guan)專業技術人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)或安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)監(jian)(jian)人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)進行案(an)(an)例(li)剖析等活動(dong),教育(yu)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)充(chong)分認識(shi)(shi)“四違(wei)”給企業、個(ge)人(ren)、家庭帶來的巨大危(wei)害(hai),通(tong)過(guo)舉一反三強(qiang)化教育(yu),切(qie)實破除個(ge)別員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)事故難(nan)免、消極應付、僥(jiao)幸麻痹、冒險蠻干的思想,使(shi)每一名員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)時(shi)刻(ke)繃緊(jin)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)弦,真正(zheng)做(zuo)到“居安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)思危(wei)、警鐘長鳴”。同(tong)時(shi),發(fa)揮移動(dong)飛信平臺便捷快(kuai)速、覆(fu)蓋面廣、經濟環保等優(you)勢(shi),定期群(qun)發(fa)短(duan)信,為生(sheng)產(chan)一線員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)送去(qu)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)祝(zhu)福語和溫馨提示。充(chong)分利用班前會學(xue)習(xi)(xi)“短(duan)、平、快(kuai)”的優(you)勢(shi)和特點(dian),廣泛開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)了(le)(le)“班前安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)小課(ke)堂(tang)”活動(dong),緊(jin)密結合實際,做(zuo)到工(gong)(gong)作現場需要(yao)什(shen)么,就組織(zhi)(zhi)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)學(xue)什(shen)么,對重點(dian)、難(nan)點(dian)問(wen)題邀請(qing)技術人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)進行講(jiang)解,增強(qiang)了(le)(le)學(xue)習(xi)(xi)的針對性和實效性。在此(ci)基(ji)礎上,礦區(qu)各(ge)級工(gong)(gong)團(tuan)組織(zhi)(zhi)還(huan)廣泛開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)了(le)(le)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)知識(shi)(shi)競(jing)賽(sai)、安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)知識(shi)(shi)問(wen)答等活動(dong),不斷濃(nong)厚了(le)(le)學(xue)習(xi)(xi)氛圍(wei)。 11月(yue)份以(yi)來,礦區(qu)各(ge)級工(gong)(gong)團(tuan)組織(zhi)(zhi)共開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)各(ge)類安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)教育(yu)活動(dong)80余場次(ci)。發(fa)揮群(qun)監(jian)(jian)、青崗組織(zhi)(zhi)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)監(jian)(jian)督提醒(xing)職能,堅持“三突(tu)出、四統(tong)一”,廣泛開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)了(le)(le)集中安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)大檢查(cha)(cha)活動(dong),組織(zhi)(zhi)群(qun)監(jian)(jian)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、青崗員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)對生(sheng)產(chan)的重要(yao)崗點(dian)、邊遠地點(dian)進行全(quan)方位檢查(cha)(cha),把安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)隱患消滅(mie)在萌芽狀態,推動(dong)了(le)(le)百日競(jing)賽(sai)的順(shun)利開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)。

融入(ru)雙(shuang)創(chuang)抓(zhua)成(cheng)果(guo)。緊跟集(ji)團公司“大眾創(chuang)業(ye)、萬(wan)眾創(chuang)新”活(huo)動(dong)(dong)步伐,結合礦區工(gong)團組織工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)實(shi)際,以(yi)“三新十小”競賽(sai)、創(chuang)建(jian)勞動(dong)(dong)模(mo)范(技(ji)師(shi))創(chuang)新工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)室等活(huo)動(dong)(dong)為主載(zai)體,引導廣大員工(gong)立足本職崗(gang)位瞄準企業(ye)安全(quan)生產、經營管理中的(de)難點和關鍵點,廣泛開展了專用(yong)工(gong)具發(fa)明、技(ji)術革(ge)新等創(chuang)新創(chuang)效活(huo)動(dong)(dong),針對制約企業(ye)安全(quan)生產、改革(ge)發(fa)展的(de)瓶(ping)頸問題,通過強化(hua)選(xuan)題立項(xiang)、項(xiang)目實(shi)施、驗收評比、成(cheng)果(guo)交流、考(kao)核(he)獎勵(li)等五個環節實(shi)施運作(zuo)(zuo),強勢攻關,達到了多出成(cheng)果(guo)、快出成(cheng)果(guo)、出好成(cheng)果(guo)的(de)目的(de)。截(jie)止目前,共(gong)征集(ji)專用(yong)工(gong)具發(fa)明、技(ji)術革(ge)新等“三新十小”成(cheng)果(guo)147項(xiang)。

強(qiang)化(hua)對標(biao)(biao)抓激(ji)勵。礦區各(ge)級工(gong)團組織(zhi)突出“定標(biao)(biao)、兌標(biao)(biao)、評標(biao)(biao)、升標(biao)(biao)”四個環節,按(an)照“四比四看”競賽標(biao)(biao)準及要求,發(fa)揮競賽臺的正反激(ji)勵作用,堅持每旬一考核,每月一匯(hui)總,對每名員(yuan)工(gong)在安全生產、創(chuang)新創(chuang)效、專用工(gong)具發(fa)明、環境(jing)潔凈定置化(hua)、全員(yuan)抓煤質等方面嚴格進行(xing)考核,并將考核結果(guo)及時公布上墻,進一步激(ji)發(fa)和調動了(le)廣(guang)大員(yuan)工(gong)投身企業改(gai)革發(fa)展,參與百日競賽的熱情(qing),推動各(ge)項工(gong)作任(ren)務在閉合循環中得到(dao)了(le)有效落實。
