龍口礦業集團北皂煤礦創新(xin)班(ban)組(zu)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全文化,建立了一整套班(ban)組(zu)動態管理機制,變“伯樂(le)相馬”為“賽場選馬”,將那些懂安(an)(an)(an)(an)全、能安(an)(an)(an)(an)全、會安(an)(an)(an)(an)全、要(yao)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全的“尖(jian)子”人員吸納到班(ban)組(zu)長隊伍中來,促(cu)進了礦井安(an)(an)(an)(an)全管理水平的提升。
該礦通過(guo)電(dian)視、電(dian)子屏、網絡、安(an)(an)(an)(an)全例會等平臺,為班組(zu)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)講清安(an)(an)(an)(an)全工(gong)(gong)(gong)作的重要性(xing),引導員工(gong)(gong)(gong)擺正安(an)(an)(an)(an)全與(yu)生產(chan)、安(an)(an)(an)(an)全與(yu)幸福、安(an)(an)(an)(an)全與(yu)發(fa)展(zhan)、安(an)(an)(an)(an)全與(yu)經濟之間的關系;開展(zhan)家屬班前會巡講、小朋友讀(du)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全信、井口文(wen)藝演出、為一線職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)送(song)溫暖活(huo)動,引導職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)牢固樹立安(an)(an)(an)(an)全是(shi)“1”、其它(ta)都是(shi)“0”的工(gong)(gong)(gong)作理念。今(jin)年以來,共組(zu)織各(ge)類安(an)(an)(an)(an)全文(wen)化活(huo)動20多(duo)次,有2000多(duo)名職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)受到了文(wen)化的熏陶(tao)。
該礦組(zu)(zu)(zu)織開展(zhan)了優秀班(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)評選活動(dong)(dong)和(he)班(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)安(an)全(quan)(quan)流動(dong)(dong)紅旗競賽等(deng),激發(fa)班(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)比學趕幫超;今(jin)年舉辦了2次班(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)論(lun)壇(tan),先后有10名班(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)談自己的安(an)全(quan)(quan)文(wen)化(hua)建(jian)設(she)心得(de)體會(hui);開展(zhan)了班(ban)長(chang)崗位描(miao)述活動(dong)(dong)3次,在全(quan)(quan)礦形成(cheng)抓(zhua)基(ji)礎、抓(zhua)過程、抓(zhua)效果(guo)、抓(zhua)反復(fu)、反復(fu)抓(zhua)的安(an)全(quan)(quan)鏈條精準管理,實現(xian)班(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)管理零(ling)縫隙(xi),崗位操(cao)作零(ling)失誤,運作環節零(ling)隱(yin)患(huan)。強化(hua)安(an)全(quan)(quan)責任(ren)體系建(jian)設(she),生產一線班(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)與(yu)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)之(zhi)間(jian)簽訂(ding)安(an)全(quan)(quan)責任(ren)狀,員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)與(yu)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)之(zhi)間(jian)、崗位與(yu)崗位之(zhi)間(jian)、班(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)與(yu)班(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)之(zhi)間(jian)互簽安(an)全(quan)(quan)聯保協議書,將安(an)全(quan)(quan)責任(ren)與(yu)班(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資、員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資、安(an)全(quan)(quan)獎金掛鉤,形成(cheng)責任(ren)連體、利益連體。
