山東能源新(xin)礦集團長城二礦工會主(zhu)動(dong)適應煤炭經濟發展(zhan)的(de)新(xin)常態,結合自(zi)身實(shi)際,積極創(chuang)建安(an)全型(xing)、學(xue)習型(xing)、維權型(xing)、服(fu)務(wu)型(xing)、創(chuang)新(xin)型(xing)“五(wu)型(xing)工會”,推動(dong)新(xin)建礦井(jing)工會工作,切實(shi)當好職工群(qun)眾的(de)“娘(niang)家人”,為礦井(jing)度危求(qiu)進(jin)凝心聚力。
創建“安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)型(xing)工(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)”。該礦工(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)首先圍繞安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)工(gong)(gong)作做(zuo)文章,搞好安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)教育(yu)、群眾(zhong)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)監(jian)督、職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)心(xin)(xin)理疏導(dao)等(deng)工(gong)(gong)作,打牢安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)型(xing)工(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)建設基礎。他們在(zai)礦行政的支(zhi)持下,運用(yong)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)大(da)講(jiang)堂、內部網(wang)絡,采(cai)取(qu)技(ji)(ji)術骨干、業務能手、專業領導(dao)上大(da)課、上講(jiang)臺等(deng)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)教育(yu)方(fang)式(shi),做(zuo)到日(ri)常(chang)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)教育(yu)不斷線。今年(nian)以(yi)來,組織(zhi)開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)大(da)課12場次,技(ji)(ji)術人(ren)員、技(ji)(ji)術骨干、工(gong)(gong)人(ren)技(ji)(ji)師上講(jiang)臺24次。進一步(bu)發揮(hui)群監(jian)員抓安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)監(jian)督的積(ji)極作用(yong)和(he)女工(gong)(gong)協管組織(zhi)在(zai)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)生產中(zhong)的協管作用(yong),注重用(yong)親(qin)情感化教育(yu)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)時刻注意安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan),做(zuo)好職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)心(xin)(xin)理疏導(dao)工(gong)(gong)作。今年(nian)以(yi)來,扎實開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)各(ge)種安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)慰問囑托活動(dong)11次,有針對性地對職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)實施(shi)心(xin)(xin)理疏導(dao)21人(ren)次。
創建(jian)“學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)型(xing)工(gong)會(hui)”。制訂(ding)了(le)(le)(le)(le)《創建(jian)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)型(xing)工(gong)會(hui)實施方案》,建(jian)立(li)(li)了(le)(le)(le)(le)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)型(xing)工(gong)會(hui)的(de)共同愿景,為(wei)各(ge)(ge)區隊完(wan)善了(le)(le)(le)(le)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)所需的(de)投影儀、電(dian)腦(nao)、電(dian)視機(ji)等學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)設施。成立(li)(li)了(le)(le)(le)(le)以(yi)工(gong)會(hui)主(zhu)席為(wei)會(hui)長的(de)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)型(xing)工(gong)會(hui)推(tui)進會(hui),建(jian)立(li)(li)了(le)(le)(le)(le)以(yi)區隊、部室為(wei)主(zhu)體,以(yi)班組(zu)為(wei)依(yi)托,以(yi)自學(xue)(xue)為(wei)中(zhong)心,全(quan)(quan)(quan)方位的(de)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)網絡(luo)系(xi)統,并積極把競爭機(ji)制融入到創建(jian)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)型(xing)工(gong)會(hui)全(quan)(quan)(quan)過程,建(jian)立(li)(li)了(le)(le)(le)(le)人才選(xuan)拔、培養、任用、考核(he)機(ji)制,促使全(quan)(quan)(quan)體職工(gong)持(chi)續不斷地(di)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)。今年(nian)以(yi)來,各(ge)(ge)區隊組(zu)織各(ge)(ge)類專題學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)活動42場(chang)次,專業實物教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)13場(chang)次。
創建“維權(quan)(quan)型工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)”。牢固樹立職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)利益(yi)(yi)無(wu)小事(shi)的(de)(de)(de)理(li)(li)念,主(zhu)動(dong)協調勞動(dong)關(guan)系,維護(hu)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)合法權(quan)(quan)益(yi)(yi)。完善落實職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)代(dai)表(biao)大會(hui)(hui)制(zhi)度(du),按時召開了(le)一(yi)屆(jie)三次職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)代(dai)表(biao)、會(hui)(hui)員代(dai)表(biao)大會(hui)(hui),落實了(le)區務公開、民主(zhu)監(jian)督(du)制(zhi)度(du),看好(hao)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)“錢(qian)袋子”,堅決(jue)打(da)擊和杜絕“加(jia)分(fen)帶錢(qian)”、“截(jie)留克扣”問(wen)題(ti),維護(hu)好(hao)省外(wai)創業職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)合法權(quan)(quan)益(yi)(yi)。堅持工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資集體協商制(zhi)度(du),開展了(le)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資集體要約活動(dong),強化了(le)法律援助、訴(su)求辦理(li)(li)職(zhi)能,不斷拓寬職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)訴(su)求渠道,在(zai)內部網開通(tong)了(le)“民生通(tong)道”,積極引導(dao)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)正確對待(dai)利益(yi)(yi)關(guan)系調整,以理(li)(li)性合法方式表(biao)達利益(yi)(yi)訴(su)求。今(jin)年以來,通(tong)過(guo)“民生通(tong)道”為(wei)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)解惑釋疑(yi),解答和解決(jue)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)反(fan)映問(wen)題(ti)12條。
創建(jian)“服(fu)(fu)(fu)務型(xing)工(gong)會(hui)”。積(ji)極(ji)創建(jian)工(gong)會(hui)組織(zhi)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務品(pin)(pin)牌(pai),努(nu)力為職(zhi)工(gong)群眾辦(ban)實事(shi)、做好(hao)事(shi)、解(jie)難(nan)事(shi)。創建(jian)“暖心服(fu)(fu)(fu)務品(pin)(pin)牌(pai)”。積(ji)極(ji)發揮(hui)職(zhi)工(gong)“暖心服(fu)(fu)(fu)務站(zhan)”集“勞動爭議、信訪調解(jie)、困難(nan)救助”三位一體的(de)(de)作(zuo)用,使職(zhi)工(gong)話有處說,難(nan)有處講(jiang),事(shi)有人(ren)辦(ban)。今年(nian)以來,“暖心服(fu)(fu)(fu)務站(zhan)”共接(jie)待來訪職(zhi)工(gong)26人(ren),救助困難(nan)職(zhi)工(gong)4人(ren)。創建(jian)“志愿(yuan)者(zhe)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務品(pin)(pin)牌(pai)”。發揮(hui)好(hao)文(wen)學、書畫(hua)、攝影、曲藝、音樂、球類7個(ge)志愿(yuan)者(zhe)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務協會(hui)的(de)(de)作(zuo)用,今年(nian)以來,組織(zhi)職(zhi)工(gong)開展各種文(wen)體和趣味活動10場次。創建(jian)“牽(qian)手志愿(yuan)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務品(pin)(pin)牌(pai)”。通過舉辦(ban)聯誼會(hui)、QQ群等形式(shi),為青年(nian)職(zhi)工(gong)打(da)造交友、交流的(de)(de)平臺(tai),為他們牽(qian)線搭橋,當好(hao)“紅(hong)娘”,今年(nian)5月組織(zhi)21名未(wei)婚男青年(nian)參加了上海廟(miao)相(xiang)親大會(hui),解(jie)除(chu)青年(nian)職(zhi)工(gong)的(de)(de)婚戀難(nan)題。
創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)建(jian)“創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)型工(gong)(gong)會”。建(jian)立了(le)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)激(ji)勵(li)機制,積極發(fa)揮職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)技(ji)協、創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)作室的(de)作用,為職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)打(da)造(zao)廣闊創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)平臺。設立了(le)科技(ji)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)專(zhuan)項獎勵(li)基金,每月對于小(xiao)發(fa)明(ming)、小(xiao)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)造(zao)等“五(wu)小(xiao)”創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)項目(mu)進行獎勵(li),同時,實行創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)積分考核及首席技(ji)師(shi)評聘制,調動職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)的(de)積極性(xing)。積極發(fa)揮“曉(xiao)霞創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)作室”的(de)示(shi)范作用,形(xing)成(cheng)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)的(de)“蝴蝶效應”,彰顯了(le)新(xin)(xin)(xin)建(jian)礦(kuang)井創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)型工(gong)(gong)會組織(zhi)的(de)生機和活力。今年1-4月份,該(gai)礦(kuang)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)完(wan)成(cheng)技(ji)術創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)項目(mu)78項,受(shou)到表彰獎勵(li)45項,創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)經濟效益235萬(wan)元。
