臨礦集團田莊煤礦“六大暖心工程”維護企業和諧穩定

山東能(neng)源臨礦(kuang)集團(tuan)田(tian)莊煤(mei)礦(kuang)工(gong)(gong)會在(zai)全礦(kuang)范(fan)圍(wei)內開展了以(yi)“暖(nuan)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)心、知職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)意(yi)、送企(qi)(qi)業情、譜和諧曲”為(wei)主題的“六大(da)暖(nuan)心工(gong)(gong)程”,進一步(bu)調動了廣大(da)干部職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)的工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)積極性,增強了職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)抵(di)御困難的信心和勇氣,凝聚(ju)了企(qi)(qi)業發展合力。

實施輿(yu)論(lun)導(dao)向(xiang)工程。開展(zhan)“四新”主(zhu)題教育活動,通(tong)過演講比(bi)賽、征(zheng)文比(bi)賽等形式引(yin)導(dao)職工認清形勢,振奮精神(shen);定期開展(zhan)形勢任(ren)務教育巡講,向(xiang)職工講清煤炭(tan)形勢和(he)企(qi)業轉(zhuan)型發展(zhan)的思路、措施,凝聚人(ren)心,提振士氣;設立(li)“黑板(ban)報(bao)長廊”和(he)“愛心廣播”,發揮黑板(ban)報(bao)和(he)廣播的“接地(di)氣”的宣傳作用,弘揚正能(neng)量,營(ying)造企(qi)業和(he)諧發展(zhan)、跨(kua)越發展(zhan)濃(nong)厚輿(yu)論(lun)氛圍。

實(shi)(shi)施素質(zhi)(zhi)提升工(gong)程。設立“班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)日”,利用班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)座談會(hui)、班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)講(jiang)壇、班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)知識競賽、班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)培訓(xun)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)等形式,開(kai)展“六(liu)(liu)賽六(liu)(liu)比”班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)創先爭優競賽活(huo)動(dong)(dong)和(he)十佳班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)評選(xuan)活(huo)動(dong)(dong),切實(shi)(shi)提高(gao)班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)素質(zhi)(zhi),打造新型(xing)班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang);大(da)力開(kai)展職(zhi)工(gong)綜合(he)體(ti)育運(yun)動(dong)(dong)會(hui)和(he)讀(du)書(shu)月(yue)活(huo)動(dong)(dong),增(zeng)強職(zhi)工(gong)體(ti)魄,全(quan)面提升職(zhi)工(gong)綜合(he)素質(zhi)(zhi)。

實施先(xian)進(jin)典型示范(fan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程。在(zai)全礦(kuang)大(da)(da)力開展女(nv)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)崗位建功、十(shi)大(da)(da)突(tu)出貢獻(xian)人(ren)(ren)物(wu)、十(shi)大(da)(da)杰出青(qing)年、價值員工(gong)(gong)(gong)核心員工(gong)(gong)(gong)評(ping)選活動,設立巾幗創(chuang)業工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)室和勞模創(chuang)新工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)室,并(bing)利(li)用礦(kuang)電子顯示屏、公開欄、橫(heng)幅、廣(guang)播等宣傳陣地大(da)(da)力宣傳先(xian)進(jin)典型,在(zai)全礦(kuang)營造(zao)人(ren)(ren)人(ren)(ren)學先(xian)進(jin)、人(ren)(ren)人(ren)(ren)爭當先(xian)進(jin)的濃厚氛(fen)圍,發揮先(xian)進(jin)典型示范(fan)作(zuo)用。

實(shi)施女工(gong)(gong)協(xie)安(an)(an)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)。全(quan)面(mian)深化“親情系安(an)(an)全(quan)”主題(ti),發揮工(gong)(gong)會女工(gong)(gong)協(xie)管(guan)作用(yong),持續開展“春送(song)法律、夏送(song)清(qing)涼、秋送(song)安(an)(an)全(quan)、冬送(song)溫暖”全(quan)年不(bu)間斷(duan)井口送(song)溫活動;定期組織(zhi)協(xie)管(guan)員(yuan)開展女工(gong)(gong)文藝協(xie)安(an)(an)下區隊活動;創新三(san)違幫(bang)(bang)(bang)教(jiao)方(fang)法,組織(zhi)職工(gong)(gong)簽訂安(an)(an)全(quan)公約、夫妻互保合同(tong)書,堅持職工(gong)(gong)家(jia)屬三(san)違幫(bang)(bang)(bang)教(jiao)短信(xin)發放(fang)制(zhi)度,切實(shi)發揮職工(gong)(gong)家(jia)屬枕邊(bian)風(feng)作用(yong),提高(gao)幫(bang)(bang)(bang)教(jiao)效果。

實施(shi)關注民(min)生工(gong)(gong)(gong)程。通過召開職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)座談會(hui)、政工(gong)(gong)(gong)例(li)會(hui)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)信(xin)箱、工(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)在線QQ等渠道(dao)廣泛征求職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的意見和(he)建議,暢通職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)建言(yan)獻策渠道(dao);在各區隊設立工(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)“情暖話吧”談心(xin)室和(he)留言(yan)箱,積極打造“減壓站”,讓職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)放松心(xin)情,快樂上崗。

實施溫(wen)馨關愛(ai)工(gong)程(cheng)。完(wan)善(shan)(shan)困(kun)難(nan)(nan)幫扶長效(xiao)機制,采取入戶調查(cha)、電話詢(xun)問、發放(fang)登記表等(deng)形式及時排查(cha)救助困(kun)難(nan)(nan)職(zhi)工(gong),形成困(kun)難(nan)(nan)幫扶常態化;設(she)立“愛(ai)心窗口”,對困(kun)難(nan)(nan)家(jia)庭(ting)或與重大變故(gu)職(zhi)工(gong)家(jia)庭(ting),礦(kuang)工(gong)會積極(ji)組(zu)織愛(ai)心捐助;組(zu)織工(gong)會人員定(ding)期對職(zhi)工(gong)食堂、職(zhi)工(gong)宿(su)舍(she)進行專(zhuan)項督查(cha),完(wan)善(shan)(shan)集(ji)休、節假日班車接送制度,解決職(zhi)工(gong)食住(zhu)行問題(ti)。
