注重民主監督,保障職工(gong)合法權益。“我們反映的改善洗浴條件這一問題得到了解決,不但對澡堂進行了升級改造,還更換了更衣櫥。”職工代表任家壘高興的說道。棗礦集團高煤公司工會按照合法、有序、公開、公正的原則,抓實職代會制度、廠務公開制度、領導干部評議制度等七項制度建設。落實民主程序,嚴(yan)格(ge)職工代表大會提案的審查、立案、落實等各環節工作。建立(li)健(jian)全公司、區(qu)隊、班組三級(ji)公開網絡體系建設,不斷拓展和(he)豐富廠務公開(kai)的內容和(he)形式,每(mei)季度組織“代表直通車”綜合巡視,把(ba)廠(chang)務公(gong)開、民(min)主管(guan)理向基層延伸(shen),充分尊重(zhong)職(zhi)工群眾的(de)知情權、參與(yu)權和(he)監督(du)權。先后在春節前、疫情防控期(qi)間(jian)和(he)夏季開展“兩塘一舍”專項巡視4次,進行職工滿意度測評2次。深入生產車間、高溫崗點組織職工代表“直通車”綜合巡視活動2次,查處問題19條,均已落實責任人進行整改,確保職工身體健康、生命安全。
注重(zhong)體察民情(qing),構建(jian)和諧(xie)勞(lao)(lao)動關(guan)系(xi)。棗礦集(ji)團高(gao)煤公司工(gong)會(hui)堅(jian)持維(wei)權(quan)維(wei)穩相結合,統籌處理好維(wei)護(hu)(hu)職工(gong)權(quan)益(yi)和保(bao)障企業發展的關(guan)系(xi),運(yun)用(yong)法治(zhi)(zhi)思維(wei)和法治(zhi)(zhi)方式構建(jian)和諧(xie)勞(lao)(lao)動關(guan)系(xi)。完善工(gong)會(hui)勞(lao)(lao)動保(bao)護(hu)(hu)監(jian)督機(ji)制,定期組(zu)織勞(lao)(lao)動保(bao)護(hu)(hu)監(jian)督檢查,深化“安康杯”競賽,做好女職工合法權益和特殊利益的維護工作,促進職工隊伍團結統一與和諧穩定。探索(suo)創(chuang)新適用于新形勢下的(de)平等協商和職代會民主管理制度,做(zuo)到提(ti)(ti)案征(zheng)集、工作(zuo)協商的(de)隨時化(hua)、常態化(hua),破解勞動關(guan)(guan)系(xi)領域和干群關(guan)(guan)系(xi)方面的(de)熱點難點問題,不斷提(ti)(ti)高職工對(dui)企(qi)業的(de)向心(xin)力和歸屬感(gan),共(gong)同(tong)構建和諧穩定的(de)勞動關(guan)(guan)系(xi),為公司發(fa)展做(zuo)出新的(de)更大的(de)貢獻。
