6月(yue)12日,“智惠云(yun)工會”平臺工會會費收繳(jiao)功(gong)能正式(shi)開(kai)通(tong),職(zhi)工僅(jin)需點擊繳(jiao)費鏈接(jie)即可進(jin)行自主繳(jiao)費,無(wu)需現場排(pai)隊和簽(qian)字確認,無(wu)論是(shi)在出差(cha)還是(shi)休息在家,都(dou)能輕松完成一鍵繳(jiao)費。為盡快讓廣大職(zhi)工了解該平臺各項功(gong)能,山能(neng)臨礦(kuang)集團積極同招(zhao)商(shang)銀行合作,開展臨礦(kuang)“智惠云工會”平臺啟動儀式,通過現場發放紅包和紀念品,提高工會會員繳費的積極性。
“我(wo)是(shi)在井下通過點擊鏈(lian)接,完成的工會會員費繳納,真(zhen)的太方便了,還有現金(jin)紅包和小禮品贈送,這種方式(shi)我(wo)們都(dou)喜歡(huan)。”山能臨(lin)礦集團會寶嶺鐵礦公司機運工(gong)區職工(gong)吳迪在完成(cheng)繳費體(ti)驗后說道。
在繳費通知下發以后,6個小時內便完成了山(shan)能臨礦(kuang)會(hui)寶嶺鐵礦(kuang)公(gong)司566人次繳費任務,當天便將款項全部打入該公司工(gong)會(hui)(hui)專用賬戶(hu)。同時(shi),通過該平臺(tai)后(hou)臺(tai)收(shou)繳(jiao)賬單管(guan)理,工(gong)會(hui)(hui)會(hui)(hui)費(fei)應繳(jiao)人(ren)(ren)數及(ji)總額、已(yi)繳(jiao)人(ren)(ren)數及(ji)總額、繳(jiao)納(na)具(ju)體時(shi)間等(deng)(deng)信息一(yi)目(mu)了然,并能實(shi)(shi)現(xian)實(shi)(shi)時(shi)接(jie)收(shou)會(hui)(hui)費(fei)收(shou)繳(jiao)動態、智(zhi)能催繳(jiao)、一(yi)鍵收(shou)繳(jiao)等(deng)(deng)功能,使工(gong)會(hui)(hui)會(hui)(hui)費(fei)收(shou)繳(jiao)全程智(zhi)能化,大大節(jie)省了時(shi)間及(ji)人(ren)(ren)工(gong)成本,提(ti)升了工(gong)作效率,切實(shi)(shi)解決了基層車間工(gong)會(hui)(hui)會(hui)(hui)員繳(jiao)費(fei)難題。
