據(ju)了解,在“六一”兒童節來臨之際,付煤公司工會開展了“愛幫扶、送教育”活動,為7名單親女職工和困難職工子女送去教育慰問金、慰問品和勵志類課外讀物。

實(shi)(shi)際排查、立案(an)建檔、實(shi)(shi)施幫扶、后(hou)期跟蹤......這些扎實有效的措施使“幫扶工程”成為困難職工及子女心中的“小太陽”。“真是太謝謝了!這下我家孩子可以安心上學啦!”“一定樹立戰勝困難的信心,困難只是暫時的,未來一定會越來越好。”在困難職工張珍嬌家中,工會副主席馬紅“手拉手”溫暖的說。這樣的困難職工和工會干部之間的對話,在付煤公司總能聽到。疫情開學季,張珍嬌等7名困難職工獲得該公司工會4000余元助學金資助;近兩年來,累計發放獎學金、助學金20余萬元。“愛幫扶 送教育”活動,傳遞的是關懷和溫暖,換來的是職工對企業的認同感、歸屬感。該公司在持續、扎實、有效開展關愛困難職工子女的基礎上,進一步深化“兩節”送溫暖、職工大病救助、職工愛心互助的“四位一體”幫扶工作格局,傾心傾力對困難員工在生活上關心,物質上幫助,感情上關懷,精神上激勵,實實在在地幫助職工群眾解決實際困難。
通過積極拓展服(fu)務(wu)職工新載體(ti),突出職工需求導向,不(bu)斷提高服(fu)務(wu)職工精(jing)準化(hua)普惠化(hua)水平,全面推進‘春送安康、夏送清涼、秋送文化、冬送溫暖’四季送活動,不斷提升職工群眾的獲得感幸福感安全感。
