“三(san)確認(ren)”交(jiao)接(jie)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)管理(li)法即:每次交(jiao)接(jie)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)時,交(jiao)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)長、接(jie)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)長、工區值班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)管理(li)人(ren)員必(bi)須同時在(zai)現(xian)場交(jiao)接(jie)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban),由(you)交(jiao)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)長對本班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)沒有解決的(de)問題及(ji)重點注意事項,親口(kou)交(jiao)代給接(jie)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)長,并(bing)在(zai)《交(jiao)接(jie)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)記錄》上填寫清(qing)楚,由(you)三(san)方當事人(ren)簽名確認(ren)。通(tong)過每班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)次的(de)嚴格交(jiao)接(jie)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban),切實消除(chu)安全隱患。
