近(jin)期,金雞(ji)灘煤(mei)礦以深化(hua)安(an)全自主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)管理為主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)線,以轉變傳統觀念和管理模式(shi),增強班(ban)(ban)組(zu)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)體意(yi)識,突(tu)出區隊(dui)班(ban)(ban)組(zu)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)體地位為目標(biao),按照(zhao)公開公正、雙向(xiang)選擇、市場化(hua)運(yun)作的用人機(ji)制,對全礦43個班(ban)(ban)組(zu)的班(ban)(ban)組(zu)長實行民主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)推薦、自主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)組(zu)閣。

據了解,自主組(zu)閣過程(cheng)中,各單位建立后(hou)備(bei)班(ban)(ban)組(zu)長(chang)(chang)(chang)人(ren)(ren)才庫,正(zheng)班(ban)(ban)長(chang)(chang)(chang)候(hou)選(xuan)(xuan)人(ren)(ren)由(you)(you)區隊(dui)從副(fu)班(ban)(ban)長(chang)(chang)(chang)中或(huo)后(hou)備(bei)班(ban)(ban)組(zu)長(chang)(chang)(chang)人(ren)(ren)才庫中挑(tiao)選(xuan)(xuan)有(you)工(gong)(gong)作實(shi)(shi)績和(he)培養(yang)前(qian)途的優秀職(zhi)工(gong)(gong),并組(zu)織職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)代表對班(ban)(ban)長(chang)(chang)(chang)候(hou)選(xuan)(xuan)人(ren)(ren)進行民(min)主測評,區隊(dui)根據民(min)主測評結(jie)果決定(ding)正(zheng)班(ban)(ban)長(chang)(chang)(chang)。副(fu)班(ban)(ban)長(chang)(chang)(chang)候(hou)選(xuan)(xuan)人(ren)(ren)由(you)(you)正(zheng)班(ban)(ban)長(chang)(chang)(chang)從后(hou)備(bei)班(ban)(ban)組(zu)長(chang)(chang)(chang)人(ren)(ren)才庫中挑(tiao)選(xuan)(xuan)有(you)工(gong)(gong)作實(shi)(shi)績和(he)培養(yang)前(qian)途的優秀職(zhi)工(gong)(gong),或(huo)由(you)(you)區隊(dui)推薦符合選(xuan)(xuan)聘條(tiao)件(jian)的職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)兩(liang)種方(fang)式確定(ding),區隊(dui)結(jie)合正(zheng)班(ban)(ban)長(chang)(chang)(chang)建議及副(fu)班(ban)(ban)長(chang)(chang)(chang)候(hou)選(xuan)(xuan)人(ren)(ren)民(min)主測評情況決定(ding)副(fu)班(ban)(ban)長(chang)(chang)(chang)。

民主(zhu)(zhu)測(ce)評過程中(zhong),由工(gong)會(hui)(綜合管(guan)理(li)(li)科)、經(jing)營管(guan)理(li)(li)科、安全監察科全過程進(jin)行現(xian)場監督。據悉,全礦7個區隊、3個科室(shi)開展(zhan)班(ban)(ban)組(zu)自主(zhu)(zhu)組(zu)閣,共組(zu)織(zhi)職工(gong)代表對(dui)正、副(fu)班(ban)(ban)組(zu)長(chang)候選(xuan)人(ren)開展(zhan)民主(zhu)(zhu)測(ce)評22次,選(xuan)出正班(ban)(ban)長(chang)41人(ren),副(fu)班(ban)(ban)長(chang)55人(ren),目前正在按照(zhao)管(guan)理(li)(li)程序進(jin)行對(dui)結(jie)果進(jin)行審查(cha),審查(cha)結(jie)束后將(jiang)下文聘任并組(zu)織(zhi)班(ban)(ban)組(zu)長(chang)培(pei)訓取證。

此次自(zi)(zi)主組(zu)閣(ge),突(tu)出高學歷、高素質(zhi)人(ren)才綜合性培養(yang),堅持區隊自(zi)(zi)治、班組(zu)自(zi)(zi)主,健(jian)全(quan)(quan)了(le)(le)區隊班組(zu)建設運(yun)行機制。通過自(zi)(zi)主組(zu)閣(ge),增強了(le)(le)基層執(zhi)行力(li)(li)(li)、戰斗(dou)力(li)(li)(li)、凝聚力(li)(li)(li)和創新力(li)(li)(li),進(jin)一(yi)步(bu)將安(an)全(quan)(quan)生產(chan)工作關口(kou)前移(yi)、重心下(xia)移(yi),夯(hang)實了(le)(le)礦井安(an)全(quan)(quan)生產(chan)根基,形成(cheng)了(le)(le)礦井高素質(zhi)梯次化(hua)人(ren)才隊伍建設格(ge)局。
