兗州煤業鐵運處黨委(wei)堅持把開展黨史(shi)學(xue)習教(jiao)育作(zuo)為砥礪初(chu)心使(shi)命的(de)“試金石”,學(xue)思用貫通、知(zhi)信(xin)行(xing)統一,切實用實際行(xing)動(dong)把黨史(shi)學(xue)習成效轉化為“我(wo)為職工辦實事(shi)”的(de)工作(zuo)動(dong)能。
上下聯動,聚焦問題“找”。注(zhu)重把“我為職工(gong)辦(ban)實事”工(gong)作融(rong)入日(ri)常(chang)、納(na)入正常(chang),開展班子成員走基層、黨員代(dai)表(biao)巡視、機(ji)關科室“掛點(dian)包保(bao)”等活動(dong)。積極整合黨建(jian)(jian)資源,依(yi)托黨總支、黨支部、黨小組等黨組織(zhi)及(ji)安監員、群監員、女工(gong)協(xie)管(guan)員、志(zhi)愿服務者等群眾組織(zhi)深入段(duan)部片區,走進車間班組,廣泛搜集(ji)職工(gong)群眾反映集(ji)中的(de)共性(xing)需求(qiu)和存在的(de)普(pu)遍性(xing)、重難點(dian)問題,真正做到“上下(xia)聯動(dong),問計于民(min);因實制宜(yi),問需于民(min)”。建(jian)(jian)立“我為職工(gong)辦(ban)實事”項目清單,明確責任主體,形成日(ri)結、周報、月反饋機(ji)制。截至目前(qian),累計走訪(fang)群眾300余人(ren)次,收集(ji)涉(she)及(ji)黨的(de)建(jian)(jian)設、經營管(guan)理(li)、安全生(sheng)產、環境衛生(sheng)等八個方面的(de)職工(gong)訴求(qiu)意見七十六條(tiao)。
多方聚焦,有的放矢“融”。不斷(duan)拓寬議事渠道、創新(xin)議事載體(ti)(ti),在(zai)黨委班子成員前期深入(ru)一線崗點調查研究的(de)基(ji)礎上,確立以(yi)“融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)入(ru)一線支部建設,促(cu)進(jin)(jin)(jin)全(quan)面持續過硬(ying);融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)入(ru)生(sheng)產環境改善,促(cu)進(jin)(jin)(jin)難題瓶頸破解(jie);融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)入(ru)日(ri)常點滴(di)關愛,促(cu)進(jin)(jin)(jin)歸(gui)屬意識提升;融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)入(ru)精(jing)益化提升,促(cu)進(jin)(jin)(jin)發(fa)展質量提高;融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)入(ru)職工(gong)日(ri)常培訓(xun),促(cu)進(jin)(jin)(jin)素質能(neng)力增強;融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)入(ru)群團常態服務,促(cu)進(jin)(jin)(jin)企業和諧穩定;融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)入(ru)急難險(xian)重任務,促(cu)進(jin)(jin)(jin)企業形(xing)象升華”為主要內容的(de)“七融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)七促(cu)”具體(ti)(ti)舉措,明確牽頭領導和責任單(dan)位,形(xing)成整改清單(dan),定期調度工(gong)作開展情況,全(quan)力為職工(gong)解(jie)決合理訴求。
統籌推進,搭建載體“解”。始終牢記(ji)“發展(zhan)(zhan)依靠(kao)職工(gong)(gong)、發展(zhan)(zhan)為(wei)了職工(gong)(gong)”主旨,將黨(dang)史學(xue)習教育(yu)成果融入推(tui)進(jin)企業和諧(xie)高效發展(zhan)(zhan)日常,融入破(po)解(jie)企業發展(zhan)(zhan)難(nan)題日常。結(jie)合建黨(dang)100周年及建處40周年慶祝(zhu)活(huo)動,初步建立起大(da)東站場“生產(chan)樞紐”示范區(qu)(qu)、車(che)輛大(da)院“歷史文化(hua)”記(ji)憶區(qu)(qu)、機(ji)關(guan)駐(zhu)地“智慧智能”功能區(qu)(qu)三大(da)平臺(tai),逐步規(gui)范提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)職工(gong)(gong)飲水難(nan)、就餐愁(chou)、作(zuo)(zuo)業環境苦等具體實(shi)際(ji)問題。瞄準“精益化(hua)管理”這一抓手,針對六(liu)月份及近期工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)重點,把提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)班(ban)前會質(zhi)量作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)突破(po)口(kou),以“查、看(kan)、聽、幫、改”的(de)形式組(zu)織督查人員對基(ji)層(ceng)班(ban)組(zu)班(ban)前會召開(kai)情況(kuang)進(jin)行全覆蓋檢查,不(bu)斷扎緊安全生產(chan)第一道籬笆。利用“支部書記(ji)講(jiang)堂”“黨(dang)建品(pin)牌活(huo)動”等平臺(tai),充(chong)分發揮黨(dang)員戰斗堡壘和先鋒模范作(zuo)(zuo)用,有組(zu)織地開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)“愛心行動”“義工(gong)(gong)服務”,切(qie)實(shi)解(jie)決職工(gong)(gong)家屬實(shi)際(ji)需(xu)求,不(bu)斷提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)職工(gong)(gong)群眾的(de)滿(man)足感、獲得感、幸福感。
