連(lian)日來,兗(yan)州煤(mei)業趙樓煤(mei)礦(kuang)在(zai)“我為(wei)群眾辦(ban)實事”實踐活動中,聚焦(jiao)“民生所需(xu)”“民眾所盼(pan)”“民心所向(xiang)”,用真心、出實招,靠前解(jie)決(jue)群眾“急難(nan)愁盼(pan)”的具(ju)體(ti)問題,健全完善解(jie)決(jue)民生問題的長(chang)效機制,確保件件實事辦(ban)好辦(ban)在(zai)職工心坎上,有力(li)推動黨史學(xue)習教育走深(shen)走實更走心。

聚焦“民生所需”描繪“暖心紅”。把職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工的心(xin)頭(tou)難(nan)事作(zuo)為(wei)“我為(wei)群眾辦(ban)(ban)實事”的切入點(dian),靠前關心(xin)愛護(hu)困(kun)難(nan)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工。結合“1+N”暖心(xin)幫扶行動,從(cong)完善困(kun)難(nan)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工家(jia)庭(ting)經濟核(he)查辦(ban)(ban)法著手(shou),在(zai)全礦范圍(wei)內進(jin)行大摸(mo)排,集中更新(xin)困(kun)難(nan)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工檔案,對(dui)困(kun)難(nan)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工精準識別(bie)、精準救助。“五(wu)一(yi)”“六一(yi)”等(deng)(deng)(deng)節日(ri)期(qi)(qi)間(jian),先(xian)(xian)后慰問困(kun)難(nan)家(jia)庭(ting)子(zi)女(nv)、困(kun)難(nan)先(xian)(xian)模人(ren)物家(jia)庭(ting)、孤(gu)殘兒童、單親困(kun)難(nan)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工子(zi)女(nv)等(deng)(deng)(deng)17人(ren)次(ci),發放慰問金2.2萬余元。以進(jin)區隊、進(jin)井口、進(jin)崗(gang)點(dian)的形(xing)式,啟動開展“夏送(song)清涼”活(huo)動,為(wei)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工準備(bei)了西瓜、菊花茶、冰鎮冷飲、花露水等(deng)(deng)(deng)防暑降溫(wen)物品,幫助職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工清爽度夏。深入7302工作(zuo)面(mian),慰問合面(mian)期(qi)(qi)間(jian)艱苦作(zuo)業的一(yi)線職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工,送(song)上(shang)熟牛肉、面(mian)包(bao)、牛奶等(deng)(deng)(deng)慰問品,使職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工在(zai)體貼(tie)和關愛中感受到“我為(wei)群眾辦(ban)(ban)實事”實踐活(huo)動帶來的“暖心(xin)紅”。

聚焦“民眾所盼”實現“微心愿”。堅持(chi)想(xiang)職(zhi)工(gong)所(suo)想(xiang),通過組織(zhi)走訪調研、征集“微心(xin)愿”、網上問卷調查、利用(yong)“陽光(guang)趙樓(lou)”微信公眾號開通“陽光(guang)趙樓(lou)民(min)意直通車”等(deng)方(fang)式,暢(chang)通民(min)生(sheng)訴求渠道,準確了(le)解職(zhi)工(gong)所(suo)想(xiang)所(suo)盼,靠前(qian)傾(qing)聽職(zhi)工(gong)呼(hu)聲。黨史學習教(jiao)育啟動以(yi)來,全礦各(ge)級黨組織(zhi)累計制訂“我為(wei)群眾辦(ban)(ban)實(shi)(shi)事”任務清單18份,涉(she)及服務民(min)生(sheng)、暖心(xin)慰問等(deng)7大類共126條(tiao)事項辦(ban)(ban)理(li)計劃,逐一排(pai)定完成(cheng)時(shi)限,明確責(ze)任部(bu)門,分(fen)管礦領導包抓落(luo)實(shi)(shi),并(bing)納入到礦重點工(gong)作每(mei)周進行(xing)督查督辦(ban)(ban)。截至目前(qian),已辦(ban)(ban)理(li)完成(cheng)48件。其(qi)中設(she)立巨野中醫院駐礦醫療衛生(sheng)所(suo)、增設(she)礦區(qu)停(ting)車位、增加(jia)班(ban)車運行(xing)路(lu)線等(deng)實(shi)(shi)事;支部(bu)層(ceng)面,綜采一區(qu)黨支部(bu)為(wei)職(zhi)工(gong)準備(bei)了(le)“共享(xiang)雨傘”、運轉(zhuan)工(gong)區(qu)為(wei)大病職(zhi)工(gong)購買(mai)輪椅并(bing)送去(qu)慰問金、選煤(mei)中心(xin)升(sheng)級主廠房制冷系統保障職(zhi)工(gong)舒適工(gong)作等(deng)等(deng)件件好(hao)事實(shi)(shi)實(shi)(shi)在在辦(ban)(ban)到了(le)職(zhi)工(gong)心(xin)坎(kan)上。

聚焦“民心所向”打造“賦能站”。將(jiang)“我為群(qun)眾辦實事”實踐活動(dong)(dong)(dong)與關愛、尊(zun)重技(ji)(ji)能(neng)人才(cai)相結(jie)合,建立完善崗位技(ji)(ji)能(neng)激勵機制,對取得技(ji)(ji)能(neng)認定(ding)的職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工,在以(yi)往每月兌現津貼的基礎上分別給予初級(ji)(ji)工、中(zhong)級(ji)(ji)工、高級(ji)(ji)工、技(ji)(ji)師(shi)、高級(ji)(ji)技(ji)(ji)師(shi)500元(yuan)(yuan)到(dao)2000元(yuan)(yuan)不(bu)等的一次性獎勵。以(yi)迎(ying)接(jie)“山東(dong)能(neng)源杯(bei)”首屆全(quan)員(yuan)崗位技(ji)(ji)能(neng)大比武(wu)活動(dong)(dong)(dong)為契(qi)機,啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)開展礦第四屆全(quan)員(yuan)崗位技(ji)(ji)能(neng)大比武(wu)暨“藍翎比武(wu)季”活動(dong)(dong)(dong),為職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工準備“上門送學(xue)”“對標比學(xue)”“技(ji)(ji)師(shi)幫學(xue)”等技(ji)(ji)能(neng)培(pei)訓套(tao)餐,助力職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工提質增(zeng)能(neng)、成(cheng)長(chang)(chang)成(cheng)才(cai)。按照群(qun)眾性、廣(guang)泛性、經常(chang)性的原則,開展“迎(ying)建黨(dang)百(bai)年(nian)華誕(dan)攜安全(quan)你我同(tong)行”長(chang)(chang)跑徒步(bu)賽(sai)、“頌黨(dang)杯(bei)”籃球賽(sai)等職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工喜(xi)聞樂見的文體活動(dong)(dong)(dong),滿足(zu)不(bu)同(tong)愛好、不(bu)同(tong)特長(chang)(chang)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工的表現愿(yuan)望,使職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工在濃(nong)厚的文化氛圍(wei)中(zhong)陶冶情(qing)操、增(zeng)進團結(jie)、凝(ning)聚合力,推進黨(dang)史學(xue)習教育向縱深發展。
