連日來,棗礦集團蔣(jiang)莊煤礦領導(dao)班(ban)子成員(yuan)以及黨員(yuan)領導(dao)干部深(shen)入基層、走進一線開展聯系群(qun)(qun)眾(zhong)(zhong)“大走訪”,持續開展深(shen)化(hua)民生(sheng)難題“大排查”,著力解決(jue)基層的困難事、群(qun)(qun)眾(zhong)(zhong)的煩心(xin)事,以“我為職(zhi)工(gong)辦(ban)實事”的實際成效推(tui)動(dong)黨史學習(xi)教育走深(shen)走實,走進職(zhi)工(gong)群(qun)(qun)眾(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)坎,切實推(tui)動(dong)服(fu)務群(qun)(qun)眾(zhong)(zhong)“大提升”。
聯系職工“大走訪” 走出民生“路線圖”
一(yi)次(ci)“大(da)走訪(fang)”就是一(yi)次(ci)為民辦(ban)實(shi)(shi)事的實(shi)(shi)際行動(dong)(dong),在聯系職工“大(da)走訪(fang)”活動(dong)(dong)中,蔣(jiang)莊煤(mei)礦班子成(cheng)員和黨員領(ling)導干部(bu)用腳步丈量職工的幸福(fu)指數,用真情架(jia)起與職工群眾的連心橋。
“炎炎夏(xia)日,天(tian)氣越來越熱,大家有什么訴(su)求盡管說,我(wo)們會想(xiang)(xiang)方設法為職(zhi)工(gong)營(ying)造清爽舒適的工(gong)作環(huan)境。”在該礦采煤綜合服(fu)務工(gong)區(qu)(qu)、綜采二(er)區(qu)(qu)、安裝準備工(gong)區(qu)(qu)、綜掘二(er)隊等單(dan)位,礦長殷憲波面(mian)對面(mian)傾(qing)聽職(zhi)工(gong)呼聲(sheng),實打實解(jie)決(jue)職(zhi)工(gong)關(guan)切,感同(tong)身受想(xiang)(xiang)職(zhi)工(gong)之(zhi)(zhi)所想(xiang)(xiang)、解(jie)職(zhi)工(gong)之(zhi)(zhi)所憂。
針對(dui)采(cai)煤綜合(he)服務工(gong)(gong)(gong)區、掘進綜合(he)服務工(gong)(gong)(gong)區提出的(de)空調使用年限長(chang)、制冷效果不佳的(de)實際(ji),殷(yin)憲波現場(chang)責成有關部門為(wei)他們配(pei)備新空調。針對(dui)運(yun)搬(ban)工(gong)(gong)(gong)區、皮帶工(gong)(gong)(gong)區等單位提出的(de)井下頭面工(gong)(gong)(gong)作環境燥熱(re),需為(wei)一線職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)配(pei)備清涼衫的(de)訴求,殷(yin)憲波又現場(chang)安排工(gong)(gong)(gong)會認真統計,共為(wei)運(yun)搬(ban)工(gong)(gong)(gong)區89名(ming)卸料工(gong)(gong)(gong)、皮帶工(gong)(gong)(gong)區43名(ming)偏(pian)遠崗點的(de)巡檢工(gong)(gong)(gong)54名(ming)安監員(yuan)配(pei)備了清涼衫。
正是這樣在深(shen)入(ru)基層、深(shen)入(ru)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)中發現問(wen)(wen)題、解(jie)決問(wen)(wen)題,該礦領(ling)導班子成員在“大(da)走(zou)訪”中共(gong)列出了(le)27條問(wen)(wen)題清單,目前,已落實(shi)整(zheng)改問(wen)(wen)題11條,正在落實(shi)8條,對于待解(jie)決的問(wen)(wen)題,全(quan)部分解(jie)到責(ze)任部門、責(ze)任人(ren),并制(zhi)定具體(ti)措施,規定完成期(qi)限,件(jian)件(jian)跟蹤閉合(he),切(qie)實(shi)把好事辦(ban)到職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)心坎上。
同時,該(gai)礦(kuang)四個(ge)黨史(shi)學習教育(yu)指導包(bao)保(bao)(bao)組也將“大走訪”作為聯系基層干部職(zhi)工(gong)的紐(niu)帶(dai),采取多種方式聽取包(bao)保(bao)(bao)單位黨員干部職(zhi)工(gong)群(qun)(qun)眾的意見,協調(diao)解決(jue)包(bao)保(bao)(bao)單位黨史(shi)學習教育(yu)和工(gong)作生活中遇到的問題,切實打通了服務職(zhi)工(gong)群(qun)(qun)眾的最后一公里。
民生難題“大排查” 巧解職工“千千結”
工(gong)(gong)作現(xian)場(chang)存在哪(na)些問題?怎樣才能讓職工(gong)(gong)勞動強度更低、工(gong)(gong)作更安全(quan)?蔣(jiang)莊煤礦在深化(hua)民生難題“大(da)排查”工(gong)(gong)作中(zhong),堅持讓職工(gong)(gong)唱主(zhu)角,持續(xu)深化(hua)“微語新愿(yuan)”金點子、合理化(hua)建(jian)議征集工(gong)(gong)作,全(quan)面排查梳理職工(gong)(gong)群眾關心(xin)的企業(ye)可持續(xu)發展(zhan)、安全(quan)生產、薪酬待(dai)遇、“兩(liang)堂一(yi)舍”等問題和建(jian)議,提出項目清單(dan),一(yi)件(jian)一(yi)件(jian)抓落實,以實事求是的“大(da)排查”“大(da)提升”,巧(qiao)解職工(gong)(gong)心(xin)中(zhong)的“千千結”。
“開(kai)展金點子(zi)、合理化建(jian)議征(zheng)集是我們民生(sheng)難題(ti)(ti)‘大排查’的(de)一個(ge)重要途徑,通過這個(ge)平臺(tai),既能在廣大職工提(ti)出的(de)合理化建(jian)議中發現問題(ti)(ti),又能挖掘他們的(de)‘智慧寶藏’,解決(jue)工作中的(de)實際問題(ti)(ti)。”該(gai)礦(kuang)黨委副書(shu)記(ji)、紀(ji)委書(shu)記(ji)、工會主席孫海濤(tao)說。
以(yi)往,輔助綜合工區職工鋼絲繩(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)插(cha)接工都是用手(shou)直接破(po)繩(sheng)(sheng)(sheng),不僅效率低(di),且(qie)手(shou)動(dong)破(po)繩(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)時容(rong)易將手(shou)滑破(po),存在一(yi)定(ding)安全隱患,針對這一(yi)問(wen)題(ti),他們面向(xiang)全礦(kuang)征(zheng)集金點子,最終成功研發了(le)(le)手(shou)動(dong)破(po)繩(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)器,大(da)大(da)提(ti)高了(le)(le)工作效率,減少了(le)(le)職工的勞動(dong)強度,又提(ti)高了(le)(le)安全系(xi)數。
二季度(du),該(gai)礦(kuang)共面向全礦(kuang)征集(ji)了35條(tiao)這(zhe)樣的金點(dian)子、合理(li)化建(jian)議(yi),為(wei)排查出的“難題”找到(dao)最佳解決方案,得到(dao)了職工(gong)群眾的點(dian)贊。
為讓(rang)民生難題“大排(pai)查”全(quan)覆蓋、無盲區(qu),該礦不斷拓寬(kuan)職工(gong)(gong)訴求渠道,建(jian)立黨(dang)建(jian)調(diao)度服務工(gong)(gong)作機(ji)制(zhi),開通黨(dang)建(jian)調(diao)度服務專線(xian)(xian)“4066365”,寓意著(zhu)365天為職工(gong)(gong)群眾(zhong)服務“不打(da)烊”,通過(guo)這一空中熱(re)(re)線(xian)(xian),掘進一區(qu)職工(gong)(gong)張銳想(xiang)要豐富班(ban)中餐(can)花色(se)品(pin)種的(de)(de)訴求變為現實;喜歡追劇的(de)(de)職工(gong)(gong)王修倫下班(ban)后(hou)在公寓看上(shang)了65寸的(de)(de)大彩(cai)電;職工(gong)(gong)韓青青和(he)工(gong)(gong)友(you)們,無論(lun)何時都能在24小時自(zi)動售貨機(ji)上(shang)買到需要的(de)(de)生活用品(pin),切實將4066365打(da)造成(cheng)了職工(gong)(gong)群眾(zhong)的(de)(de)“圓夢熱(re)(re)線(xian)(xian)”。
同時,該礦每(mei)季度組織召開工會主(zhu)席聯(lian)合接(jie)待(dai)日(ri),集中解決職(zhi)(zhi)工群(qun)眾反映(ying)的熱點(dian)難(nan)點(dian)問題(ti)——在(zai)基層單位(wei)集中辦公區(qu)域增(zeng)加停車位(wei)30余(yu)個,在(zai)職(zhi)(zhi)工食堂增(zeng)設“地方特色小吃窗口”,完(wan)成了職(zhi)(zhi)工澡堂二樓浴池維修改造,受(shou)到職(zhi)(zhi)工歡迎(ying)。
“通過(guo)開展‘大走訪、大排查’活動,持續深化(hua)為民(min)惠(hui)民(min)便民(min)的利好政策、實事好事,實施(shi)一批直(zhi)接造福(fu)于(yu)職工的項目(mu)工程,解(jie)決一批職工反映強烈的現實問(wen)題,讓職工收獲更多的幸福(fu)感。”該(gai)礦黨委(wei)書記雷其玉說(shuo)。
