深化全員共識創新創效再提升

翟鎮煤礦通過(guo)開(kai)展十(shi)九大(da)(da)(da)報告(gao)主題宣(xuan)講活動、召開(kai)管(guan)理(li)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)座談會(hui)(hui)(hui)、組織(zhi)政工人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)進基層(ceng)宣(xuan)講、團員(yuan)(yuan)青(qing)年(nian)讀書學(xue)(xue)習會(hui)(hui)(hui)等多(duo)種形式,把(ba)宣(xuan)傳(chuan)黨(dang)的(de)(de)(de)十(shi)九大(da)(da)(da)精(jing)神(shen)(shen)作為(wei)(wei)當(dang)前和(he)今(jin)后(hou)一個時期的(de)(de)(de)首要(yao)政治任務(wu),使黨(dang)的(de)(de)(de)十(shi)九大(da)(da)(da)精(jing)神(shen)(shen)成(cheng)為(wei)(wei)深(shen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)改革發(fa)(fa)展的(de)(de)(de)根本(ben)遵循和(he)方(fang)向。堅(jian)持組織(zhi)全(quan)員(yuan)(yuan)學(xue)(xue)深(shen)學(xue)(xue)透,武裝頭腦,確保黨(dang)的(de)(de)(de)十(shi)九大(da)(da)(da)精(jing)神(shen)(shen)進車(che)間(jian)、進班組、到崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)、進社區、融入(ru)基層(ceng),融入(ru)職工群(qun)眾,推動十(shi)九大(da)(da)(da)精(jing)神(shen)(shen)入(ru)耳、入(ru)腦、入(ru)心,指(zhi)導(dao)(dao)企業發(fa)(fa)展實(shi)踐。該礦結合十(shi)九大(da)(da)(da)報告(gao)中提(ti)出(chu)“以(yi)(yi)經(jing)濟建設為(wei)(wei)中心,堅(jian)持改革開(kai)放,自力(li)更生(sheng),艱苦創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)業,為(wei)(wei)把(ba)我國建設成(cheng)為(wei)(wei)富(fu)強(qiang)民主文明和(he)諧美(mei)麗的(de)(de)(de)社會(hui)(hui)(hui)主義現(xian)代化(hua)(hua)(hua)強(qiang)國而奮斗”的(de)(de)(de)要(yao)求(qiu)制(zhi)定(ding)具體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)舉措。組織(zhi)召開(kai)了一至(zhi)十(shi)月份經(jing)濟運行(xing)(xing)分(fen)析(xi)會(hui)(hui)(hui)議,對一至(zhi)十(shi)月份以(yi)(yi)來的(de)(de)(de)經(jing)濟運行(xing)(xing)狀(zhuang)況進行(xing)(xing)了深(shen)入(ru)細(xi)(xi)致的(de)(de)(de)分(fen)析(xi),通過(guo)分(fen)析(xi)典(dian)型(xing)經(jing)驗,取長補短(duan),相(xiang)互(hu)學(xue)(xue)習,相(xiang)互(hu)借鑒。在具體(ti)工作安排(pai)上(shang),該礦重點加強(qiang)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)接續排(pai)定(ding)和(he)計劃兌現(xian),確保礦井始終保持高產(chan)(chan)(chan)狀(zhuang)態(tai)。探(tan)索成(cheng)立專門(men)快速掘(jue)(jue)進隊伍,提(ti)高單進水平,確保完成(cheng)年(nian)度(du)掘(jue)(jue)進目(mu)標(biao)(biao)。以(yi)(yi)開(kai)展“五小創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新”為(wei)(wei)抓手,組織(zhi)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)客產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)模(mo)型(xing)制(zhi)作大(da)(da)(da)賽(sai),發(fa)(fa)動全(quan)員(yuan)(yuan)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)效(xiao)。提(ti)前加強(qiang)明年(nian)指(zhi)標(biao)(biao)分(fen)解,列(lie)出(chu)項目(mu)菜單,指(zhi)標(biao)(biao)考(kao)核不考(kao)核收入(ru),只考(kao)核利潤完成(cheng)情況。“十(shi)九大(da)(da)(da)報告(gao)從宏觀方(fang)面對我們(men)的(de)(de)(de)工作提(ti)出(chu)了指(zhi)導(dao)(dao)性意見(jian)。而我們(men)礦井實(shi)施的(de)(de)(de)內部市(shi)場化(hua)(hua)(hua)、崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)成(cheng)本(ben)法管(guan)理(li)都契合了新舊(jiu)動能(neng)轉換的(de)(de)(de)要(yao)求(qiu)。作為(wei)(wei)部室管(guan)理(li)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)一定(ding)要(yao)仔細(xi)(xi)領會(hui)(hui)(hui)十(shi)九大(da)(da)(da)報告(gao)內容(rong),在自己的(de)(de)(de)崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)上(shang)堅(jian)持創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)效(xiao),為(wei)(wei)企業的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)(fa)展盡心盡力(li)。”該礦調度(du)室管(guan)理(li)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)陳明宇這(zhe)樣表示。

發揮黨建效能引領護航謀發展

該礦同時(shi)把(ba)提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)建(jian)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)效(xiao)能(neng)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)為貫徹落實(shi)十九(jiu)大精神的(de)(de)(de)落腳點,通過(guo)“三(san)(san)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)”登(deng)(deng)高(gao)、“四(si)級”聯(lian)創(chuang)發(fa)揮黨(dang)(dang)(dang)建(jian)思想政(zheng)(zheng)治(zhi)(zhi)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)新效(xiao)能(neng)。圍繞十九(jiu)大報告中提(ti)(ti)出(chu)“要把(ba)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)的(de)(de)(de)政(zheng)(zheng)治(zhi)(zhi)建(jian)設(she)擺在首位,思想建(jian)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)和(he)制(zhi)度治(zhi)(zhi)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)同向發(fa)力(li),統籌推進(jin)(jin)(jin)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)的(de)(de)(de)各項建(jian)設(she),積極發(fa)展健康文(wen)明黨(dang)(dang)(dang)內(nei)政(zheng)(zheng)治(zhi)(zhi)文(wen)化”的(de)(de)(de)新要求,瞄準黨(dang)(dang)(dang)建(jian)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)和(he)改革(ge)發(fa)展“兩個(ge)(ge)走在前列”的(de)(de)(de)目(mu)(mu)標,形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)以“學(xue)(xue)習型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)、創(chuang)新型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)和(he)服務(wu)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)”黨(dang)(dang)(dang)組(zu)織建(jian)設(she)為統領(ling),黨(dang)(dang)(dang)委扛旗(qi)領(ling)跑,支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部對標趕超(chao),黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)爭星登(deng)(deng)高(gao),全員(yuan)創(chuang)新創(chuang)效(xiao)“三(san)(san)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)登(deng)(deng)高(gao)”、“四(si)級聯(lian)創(chuang)”黨(dang)(dang)(dang)建(jian)思想政(zheng)(zheng)治(zhi)(zhi)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)新機(ji)制(zhi)。“目(mu)(mu)前我(wo)們在全礦46個(ge)(ge)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部,1140多名(ming)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)中組(zu)織開展以“修身、聚(ju)新、啟智(zhi)、和(he)諧”為主(zhu)題的(de)(de)(de)“一個(ge)(ge)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)一面旗(qi)、晉(jin)位升(sheng)級爭第一”活動(dong),通過(guo)活動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)開展有力(li)的(de)(de)(de)提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)了企業向心(xin)力(li)”。機(ji)關(guan)政(zheng)(zheng)工黨(dang)(dang)(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部書記張佑峰介紹。創(chuang)新實(shi)施(shi)以“黨(dang)(dang)(dang)委成(cheng)(cheng)員(yuan)學(xue)(xue)哲(zhe)學(xue)(xue),提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)科學(xue)(xue)領(ling)導決策力(li);基層(ceng)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)委學(xue)(xue)管理,強(qiang)化工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)管理執行(xing)力(li);普通黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)學(xue)(xue)技能(neng),培養崗位操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)成(cheng)(cheng)長(chang)力(li)”為主(zhu)要內(nei)容的(de)(de)(de)“三(san)(san)學(xue)(xue)三(san)(san)力(li)”素質提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)工程。并通過(guo)制(zhi)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)發(fa)布(bu)《今(jin)日翟煤》手機(ji)報、黨(dang)(dang)(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部微型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)課堂、搭建(jian)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)電子互動(dong)平臺等形(xing)式,不斷促進(jin)(jin)(jin)基層(ceng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)組(zu)織建(jian)設(she)向數字化、精細(xi)化、品牌(pai)化方向邁進(jin)(jin)(jin)。

傾心傾聽民聲凝心聚力促和諧
