欲(yu)改《曠野(ye)》為賦,三日不成。審察再三,頓然(ran)有悟:賦欲(yu)體物,非(fei)(fei)惟隨感;賦欲(yu)鋪(pu)陳,非(fei)(fei)惟一端(duan);賦欲(yu)儷駢,非(fei)(fei)惟體散;賦欲(yu)高遠(yuan),非(fei)(fei)惟齋撰。于是登(deng)山而周覽,閱山之(zhi)(zhi)莽莽水之(zhi)(zhi)渺渺,始(shi)知滄海(hai)之(zhi)(zhi)桑(sang)田,混沌(dun)之(zhi)(zhi)雞卵。而天地萬物,紛述未考;春(chun)秋四帝,縹緲難卜。是以(yi)(yi)不極目(mu)無以(yi)(yi)晤遠(yuan)哲,不登(deng)高無以(yi)(yi)啟機杼。憑高臨浦,懷遠(yuan)思(si)古;只鱗片羽,厥成斯賦。
靈修之所鐘兮峨峨;心志之所馳兮天闕。天柱斷折兮地維絕;不周崩摧兮繼五岳。神之所眷兮,豈唯昆侖;道之所昧兮,豈唯村野?茍丘墳之可登,何徒勞之閶闔?溝洫之可悅,何遠涉之瓊閣?乾乾乎心向善兮,雖浮屠之渡何?
居(ju)于(yu)(yu)龍山之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)阿,虎鳳山闋(que)。灌(guan)莽(mang)(mang)杳(yao)而無際,叢薄紛其(qi)糾葛。木非蘅杜而莽(mang)(mang)蒼,草非芷若而斑駁(bo)。山蔥郁(yu)而參差(cha),徑盤紆而婉折。且夫(fu)神泉汩(gu)汩(gu),流上善(shan)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)玉液;梵(fan)音切切,布慈悲于(yu)(yu)巒(luan)壑。翠(cui)廊(lang)凌虛,紫氣貫乎(hu)長(chang)林(lin);青煙橫空,香風熏乎(hu)曠(kuang)野(ye)。是以(yi)近乎(hu)凈界,摒乎(hu)凡情,蕩(dang)以(yi)魂魄者(zhe)也。于(yu)(yu)是循曲溪之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)浦,過(guo)陂陀之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)坡(po),經莽(mang)(mang)林(lin)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)下,入(ru)榴丘之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)闋(que),涉(she)圣泉之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)側,穿快活林(lin),探桃(tao)花洞,掬圣泉水(shui),爾(er)乃履幽徑,穿隙豁,臨危石(shi),絕嵯(cuo)峨。周而舉目,無以(yi)蔽遮。莽(mang)(mang)原(yuan)廣澤,波(bo)詭云譎。上偎下浮,廣宇四(si)合。天地氤(yin)氳,曲水(shui)晏波(bo)。冥冥爍爍,無以(yi)分(fen)割。心志之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)曠(kuang)遠,造(zao)化(hua)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)紛設(she),概瑤池之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)所(suo)(suo)出,仙闕之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)所(suo)(suo)訛?于(yu)(yu)是目極八(ba)荒之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)蒼茫,思接千載以(yi)徜徉。
元氣升騰,上(shang)浮下降(jiang)。上(shang)曰天(tian)乾,辰宿(su)列(lie)(lie)張(zhang);下曰地(di)坤(kun)(kun),山川(chuan)浩蕩。天(tian)行健以自(zi)強不息;地(di)勢(shi)坤(kun)(kun)而厚德無疆。鱗潛羽翔,人列(lie)(lie)三皇;禮定法遂,文昭穹蒼。
湯谷(gu)之(zhi)既明兮,乾(qian)坤爍爍;日之(zhi)將迫崦(yan)嵫兮,萬象綽(chuo)綽(chuo)。乾(qian)坤之(zhi)爍爍兮,生(sheng)生(sheng)不息;萬象之(zhi)綽(chuo)綽(chuo)兮,繼之(zhi)日月。日之(zhi)使人以朝分(fen)兮,月之(zhi)使人以冥合。
夫天(tian)地(di)之(zhi)(zhi)氣普降(jiang),陰騭下(xia)(xia)民,不擇高下(xia)(xia)而加(jia);風(feng)雨潤(run)澤(ze),不唯好惡而下(xia)(xia)。彝倫攸敘(xu),厥(jue)居相協。禍以(yi)罪降(jiang),福以(yi)善結,何(he)定尊卑之(zhi)(zhi)秩禮,何(he)勘貴賤之(zhi)(zhi)分野,而以(yi)勞勞者處下(xia)(xia),以(yi)庸庸者登閣(ge)?人(ren)生之(zhi)(zhi)悃悃無忤兮(xi),何(he)運命之(zhi)(zhi)迥異;屋舍之(zhi)(zhi)儼儼參(can)差(cha)兮(xi),何(he)門閥(fa)之(zhi)(zhi)懸隔?風(feng)物周旋,焉有富貴之(zhi)(zhi)種;際(ji)遇轉折(zhe),何(he)預祥瑞之(zhi)(zhi)測?
鴻(hong)靈幽紛(fen),誕(dan)言無(wu)(wu)稽(ji);本化所(suo)由,兩儀對(dui)立(li)。萬物主宰,天(tian)地靈氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)。陽(yang)密乃(nai)固,陰(yin)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)以繼。是(shi)故(gu)登高(gao)者,當懷(huai)騏驥(ji)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),鴻(hong)鵠之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)志。心(xin)(xin)無(wu)(wu)旁騖,而(er)(er)(er)凌云際。輕塵御風(feng),凜凜厲(li)厲(li)。淡乎若秋空排云,浩(hao)乎若春江(jiang)撼波。目極八荒之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)縹緲,心(xin)(xin)游萬仞之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)清絕。據(ju)乎其高(gao)而(er)(er)(er)致乎其遠;怡之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)于情而(er)(er)(er)耽(dan)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)于悅。所(suo)見焉(yan),臺(tai)榭莫(mo)若山岳,沼池(chi)莫(mo)若川澤;所(suo)懷(huai)焉(yan),江(jiang)芷不(bu)(bu)齒蕭(xiao)艾;鴻(hong)鵠不(bu)(bu)群燕雀。所(suo)去焉(yan),陰(yin)郁(yu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),塵俗之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)惡;所(suo)在(zai)焉(yan),霄漢之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)游,沂水之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)歌(ge)。受而(er)(er)(er)喜之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),忘而(er)(er)(er)復之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。寄天(tian)地之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)廣遠兮,宇宙宏闊;托心(xin)(xin)志之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)曠達兮,神(shen)情愉悅。何心(xin)(xin)為形役,情為事惑?榮(rong)莫(mo)榮(rong)于不(bu)(bu)辱(ru)兮,樂(le)莫(mo)樂(le)于無(wu)(wu)憂。何冥冥漠漠,而(er)(er)(er)生郁(yu)結?
日月經天(tian)(tian),江河行地。大道(dao)(dao)之(zhi)行,廣恩博施。成(cheng)(cheng)廢非(fei)天(tian)(tian),榮(rong)辱自(zi)(zi)致。天(tian)(tian)地與時,禹桀(jie)所同,治(zhi)(zhi)亂不(bu)一,私欲致也;木鳴(ming)星墜,日月有(you)蝕,風雨不(bu)時,陰陽易也。恭乎(hu)(hu)神(shen)靈,惕(ti)乎(hu)(hu)怪異,謀龜謀筮,治(zhi)(zhi)民飾也;三王(wang)有(you)道(dao)(dao),桀(jie)紂遭譏,褒貶何(he)稽,勝者(zhe)史也。或有(you)嘉時,或可濟世,庸懈而逝(shi),責(ze)(ze)乎(hu)(hu)己(ji)也。順逆還(huan)周(zhou),乍沒乍起。何(he)懼志行之(zhi)無聞,惕(ti)惕(ti)而責(ze)(ze)己(ji)?是以高下非(fei)天(tian)(tian),貴賤由己(ji);成(cheng)(cheng)則(ze)王(wang)道(dao)(dao),敗則(ze)賊逆。但為進者(zhe)歌,莫(mo)加隱者(zhe)疾(ji)。陟降窮達,委之(zhi)自(zi)(zi)然,法乎(hu)(hu)天(tian)(tian)理,循乎(hu)(hu)一也。
