本網(wang)山西(xi)(xi)忻(xin)州訊“老婆‘大人(ren)’,你昨天說的(de)那個(ge)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)件,今(jin)天干(gan)妥了嗎(ma)?今(jin)天的(de)收(shou)益(yi)怎么樣啊……”7月12日,龍(long)礦集團北(bei)皂(zao)煤礦山西(xi)(xi)龍(long)宮項(xiang)目部員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)李先武用手機給家(jia)人(ren)視頻(pin)聊(liao)天,這(zhe)幾乎(hu)成(cheng)了他的(de)“規定(ding)動作”,而每晚這(zhe)個(ge)時間段(duan)也是他的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)友們給家(jia)里“做匯報”的(de)時間。該項(xiang)目成(cheng)立之初就為員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)開(kai)通了WIFI網(wang)絡,讓(rang)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)家(jia)屬更便利的(de)溝通聯系。
北皂煤礦龍宮(gong)項目部自今(jin)年三(san)月成立(li)以(yi)來,始終堅持“員(yuan)工(gong)的(de)事就(jiu)是(shi)天(tian)”的(de)理念,以(yi)“視員(yuan)工(gong)為親人、服(fu)務(wu)好是(shi)責任”的(de)服(fu)務(wu)宗旨,把對(dui)外(wai)創業員(yuan)工(gong)的(de)關愛(ai)落到(dao)實處、體現在細微之處,讓(rang)大家(jia)省外(wai)千(qian)里之外(wai)也能體會到(dao)了“家(jia)”的(de)溫暖。他們還(huan)通過親情(qing)教育、愛(ai)心(xin)疏導,化(hua)解職(zhi)工(gong)心(xin)理上的(de)“疙(ge)瘩(da)”,讓(rang)他們心(xin)情(qing)愉快(kuai)地投入到(dao)工(gong)作中(zhong)。
“對(dui)外開發人(ren)員出去(qu)(qu)創業,我們對(dui)員工(gong)的關心和愛護(hu)也要‘走出去(qu)(qu)’。”該礦(kuang)黨委書(shu)記張柏濤說,他們通過設(she)立 “親情(qing)驛站”,為在外員工(gong)免費(fei)熨燙(tang)衣(yi)(yi)服(fu)、縫補(bu)衣(yi)(yi)服(fu)等(deng)日常服(fu)務,員工(gong)過生日領導親自(zi)送去(qu)(qu)祝福,生病時第一時間(jian)安排(pai)人(ren)員送醫送藥,回家探親領導提前安排(pai)好(hao)往返車輛,還配置(zhi)了電視機、洗(xi)衣(yi)(yi)機等(deng)設(she)備設(she)施。
“員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)在外創(chuang)業,離(li)家舍業,都不容易,既然出來(lai)了,我們就(jiu)是一(yi)家人,關愛他(ta)們,必須從小事(shi)抓(zhua)起(qi),把員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)凝聚成一(yi)條心(xin),就(jiu)沒有干不成的事(shi)。”項目(mu)部(bu)(bu)經理鄒德昕說。為最大限度消除職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)后顧之憂,增強職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)歸屬感(gan)(gan)和幸福感(gan)(gan),項目(mu)部(bu)(bu)每月組織職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)開展(zhan)文體娛樂活動,發放節日慰(wei)問品;每天(tian)還(huan)會組織工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)人員對(dui)生活區、公共(gong)區進行清掃(sao),并在閑置的土地(di)上種植“小菜園”來(lai)填補餐桌花(hua)樣,讓(rang)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)們切(qie)實感(gan)(gan)受家庭溫(wen)暖(nuan)。
今年十(shi)月份,北皂煤礦將完成去產能任務,礦里(li)按照自(zi)然(ran)減員一(yi)批、依法清退(tui)一(yi)批、外(wai)出創業(ye)一(yi)批、自(zi)謀生路(lu)一(yi)批的原則,為職(zhi)工尋找到了(le)在集(ji)團內(nei)部與用工單位自(zi)愿雙向(xiang)選(xuan)擇(ze),實(shi)現內(nei)部安(an)置(zhi)、轉崗分流(liu)等“八個(ge)轉型(xing)出路(lu)”,切實(shi)將維護職(zhi)工利益落實(shi)到每一(yi)個(ge)細節。到目前,礦里(li)一(yi)千多(duo)名員工已經在集(ji)團公(gong)司內(nei)部單位得到分流(liu),兩百多(duo)人通(tong)過礦里(li)承攬的安(an)撤面工程及掘進工程,奔(ben)赴山西等地實(shi)施第二次(ci)創業(ye)。
